Below: As part of Vendor Lifecycle Management, the Onboarding Dashboard provides a easy way for a user to track the progress of each vendor during the onboarding process.
Below: The Quick View Panel gives the users a little more insight into the progress, without going to the "Work Page," and provides short cuts to various task.
Problem: Managing the offboarding progress of vendors, while keeping them separate from active and onboarding counterparts, was not a straightforward and time-consuming endeavor. Establishing an efficient mechanism for tracking offboarding vendors is crucial for seamlessly continuing the assessment and oversight process during a potentially prolonged transition, influenced by contractual terms, physical asset retrieval, and digital data management.
Solution:
Created a Vendor Offboarding dashboard visible to ALL client users.
Additional permission based abilities:
Start the vendor offboarding process.
Automate task using Advanced Workflows.
Assign / reassign, edit, work on task.
Approve or deny task.
Cancel offboarding of vendor.
Approve or deny the completed offboarding vendor request.

Problem: In response to high demand, there was a client-initiated request for the automation of vendor management processes, aiming to streamline and automate as much of the workflow as possible.
Solution:
Developed an administrative feature housing pre-configured templates for onboarding, offboarding, and financial assessments. Clients have the flexibility to use these templates as they are, duplicate them for customization, or create entirely bespoke workflow templates.
Additional permission based abilities:
Duplicate pre-configured workflows to customize them.
Create custom workflows.
Activate / deactivate workflows.
Create workflow triggers.
Edit/delete a workflow or step.
Rearrange steps in a workflow.
Ability to assign a workflow step to be dependent on the competition of another step.

Below: Workflows within the admin area. This view shows active, and non-active workflows
Problem: In response to consistent demand, a feature of great importance has been recognized. Client admins are now expressing the need for the capacity to identify and monitor the users responsible for edits within the Venminder app.
Solution:
Developed an administrative feature that allowed administrators to search for and report on users edit activities, within the Venminder app.
Additional permission based abilities:
Investigate who made changes within the app and when.
Problem: When performing an assessment for clients, it is difficult getting the proper documents from the vendor.
Solution:
Developed a feature to streamline the collection and verification of documents from client vendors for assessments. This functionality also includes automated notifications to vendors for additional document requests and facilitates the seamless updating of incorrect or missing documents.
Additional functionality:
Allow vendors to upload, delete, and update documents.
Ability to view documents
Request missing, or incorrect documents
Allow vendor to control who gets access to documents
