Challenge:

Numerous clients requested the automation of the vendor management processes, aiming to streamline and automate as much of the workflow as possible.

Solution:

Developed an administrative feature housing pre-configured templates for onboarding, offboarding, and financial assessments. Clients have the flexibility to use these templates as they are, duplicate them for customization, or create entirely bespoke workflow templates.

Additional permission based abilities:

  • Duplicate pre-configured workflows to customize them.
  • Create custom workflows.
  • Activate / deactivate workflows.
  • Create workflow triggers.
  • Edit/delete a workflow or step.
  • Rearrange steps in a workflow.
  • Ability to assign a workflow step to be dependent on the competition of another step.
