Challenge:

Managing the offboarding progress of vendors, within the Venminder app, while keeping them separate from active and onboarding counterparts was a time-consuming and difficult endeavor.
Establishing an efficient mechanism for tracking offboarding vendors is crucial for seamlessly continuing the assessment and oversight process during a potentially prolonged transition, influenced by contractual terms, physical asset retrieval, and digital data management.

Solution:

Created a Vendor Offboarding dashboard visible to ALL client users.

Additional permission based abilities:

  • Start the vendor offboarding process.
  • Automate task using Advanced Workflows.
  • Assign / reassign, edit, work on task.
  • Approve or deny task.
  • Cancel offboarding of vendor.
  • Approve or deny the completed offboarding vendor request.
