Challenge:

The process of monitoring vendors progress during onboarding posed challenges, and the time investment required for overseeing multiple onboarding vendors was substantial.

Solution:

Created a Vendor Onboarding dashboard visible to ALL client users.

Additional permission based abilities:

  • Edit, work on, or re-assign task.
  • Approve / decline a task.
  • Ability to automate some task using Advanced Workflows.
  • Download dashboard list.
  • Generate reports.
  • Cancel onboarding of the vendor.
  • Approve or deny the completed onboarding vendor request.
