i heres my samurai not much at the moment

 i have removed the bumpers and relocated the lights 

my yj kit has come from trail tough 
i have some 15x10 wheels with 7.5 bs  comeing 
and i am ordering some 33x12.5 km2's tomorow night

thers a guy on ebay     they where cheeper than  the auto stores and they where cheeper than lowrange off road aswell

looks real good an ride like a dream  just like my yj  set up but i cut mine up a little      94 in progress super clean pics up soon  happy trails :)

im toying with the idea of puting on trail toughs  tub cap

Yes... It will ride very stiff with new springs. Instead of pulling out a leaf, not a good idea, as it will cause them to bend. I would find a used set and mix them.

I bought a new set of Wrangler "Replacement Springs" drove them for a year and they were still too stiff, so I sold them and bought a set of Rubicon Express spring over springs, they work great. The main leaf is reverse wrapped, so they have a softer ride.

i only took it off the  rear 5 leafs should be more than enught to suport the back of the samurai   i bet it a'nt far of whing half of a jeep yj lol

strated to strip apart the transfer case tonight to re gear it  i cant get the coller/ bushing out for the speedo out  so thats holdint me up i was hopeing it would come apart with it still in but it dont look like it   guess i will try again tomorrow sparyed it with pb and let it sit over night

dont knw how intrested u guy  are with my build but i now have raised the axle and tcase breathers i still have to do the trany, wired in the electric fan,  mounted the cobra 29ltd btween the 2 roof bars    made mounts for the whipflag and antena, and removerd the grill it just looks mean as hell now il post some pics tomorow night im so lookingforward tho the cliffs this weekend
